The grapes are hand-harvested into plastic crates in the last week of March. Maceration and fermentation take place with selected yeasts. Cold fermentation.
Characteristics: Vibrant cherry-red color. A very aromatic wine with notes of fresh red fruits and berries, such as polonitsa, raspberries and cherries.
Refreshing and delicately sweet taste with the perfect balance between fruit and acidity. A fruity finale with hints of fresh fruit. Supply temperature: 14-16 °C.
Gastronomic compatibility: Ideal with appetizers, salads, and soft drinks.
